This month we’re spotlighting Gretchen “Gigi” Welsh.  “Creole Gigi” was born and raised in Breaux Bridge, LA and now lives in California.  Gigi has been a phenomenal TCA supporter.  She has recently published Creole Gigi’s Cajun Kitchen, a cookbook with detailed recipes, cultural stories, and local pictures of SW Louisiana.
